Hi, I’m Piyush Thakur. I live with my family and love spending time with friends too. Born and brought up in an amazing dream city DELHI. And I’m a full time professional photographer.

I won’t say photography is my life, ‘cause there are other things too, like my wonderful family and friends, good food, travel & of course river rafting. All the adventures you get to have living where, we do. However, you could say I’m rarely without a camera!

As a professional photographer, I’ve been taking photos for almost as long as I can remember. But the world going digital accelerated the obsession, and revealed an opportunity to create a life based around my camera.

Over time I’ve realised that fads come and go, and my way is not to follow the crowd. I prefer to stick to what has got me to where I am. And that is by producing unique, natural and honest images that will look as great in future years as they do when you first see them.

I’ve been taking pictures of people doing important things, like starting a new business, getting married and having families for well over five years. I still get a kick out of the privilege. I’m blessed to be a photographer given the task of documenting the momentous and everyday events in people’s lives.
